MIKE CARLETON

President and Owner

Mike has over 35 years of experience in the business. He started working summers at Water Industries in 1981 helping the crew with projects and learning the business. In 1988 Mike began full time installing residential, commercial and municipal pumps and systems. In 2000 he advanced to outside sales as Water Industries decided to eliminate service and install and focus primarily on distributing the product and allowing the company to focus more attention on our clients. He has great experience in water & wastewater pumps and systems as well as stormwater products. Today Mike is the owner and President of Water Industries. He is a long-standing member of water and wastewater organizations in NH and VT. Mike enjoys family time and the outdoors. He can often be found in his garage on a stormy day restoring vintage snow machines.

LORNA HILL

Office Manager

Lorna has been with Water Industries for 23 years. Starting here in 2000 as an administrative assistant she brought the knowledge she acquired from previously working at large corporations and has over 40 years of office experience. Lorna is the caregiver to her elderly parents. She loves spending quality time with her family and enjoys being creative, hiking, kayaking and baking.

WALTER MILLS

Operations Manager

Walter has been with Water Industries since 2012 and has 25 years of customer service experience. Walter has vast knowledge of residential and commercial pumping equipment as well as water filtration products. He enjoys playing darts, ATVs and hiking.

JAMES MILLS

Assistant Operations Manager

James has over 15 years of customer service experience and holds an associate degree in business administration. James, or Jimmy, has been with Water Industries since 2018. He started as a Driver while learning the ins and outs of the industry. In 2023 he moved into the office and became the Assistant Operations Manager. In his spare time, James enjoys spending time with his family, playing with his two dogs, and woodworking.

ALEX MATAROZZO

Sales Engineer

Alex recently graduated from SNHU with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Over the past 9 years Alex has worked his way up, from assisting his grandfather in building the Turtle Kraal campground and working in the yard to delivery driver and eventually inside sales. Alex enjoys golfing and spending time with his friends and family.
